Brentwood home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Brentwood fell by $102,750 while total sales decreased by 81.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 18.8% decrease over the $547,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Brentwood in the first quarter of 2018.
