Of the 1,161,643 citizens living in Contra Costa County in 2021, 77.3% were old enough to vote, equating to 898,135 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.
In February, the median sale price of a home in Contra Costa County rose by $45,000 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales increased by 6.3%.
