Pittsburg home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Pittsburg fell by $118,750 while total sales decreased by 92%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $316,250 - a 27.3% decrease over the $435,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Pittsburg in 2018.

The median sales tax in Pittsburg for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,909, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for 2019.
