On Tuesday, April 8, former Heritage High School standout Savanah Whatley’s current college team, the Liberty Lady Flames, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Cavaliers.

The game took place at Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Lady Flames’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6:05 p.m. at NM State Softball Complex against New Mexico State Aggies.
