On Friday, Feb. 14, former Antioch High School standout Apollonia Maldonado’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Friday, Feb. 14, former Antioch High School standout Apollonia Maldonado’s current college team, the Weber State Wildcats, lost 11-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Arizona State Sun Devils.

The game took place at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Sun Devils this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 12 p.m. at Shea Stadium against Sacramento State Hornets.
