On Friday, May 23, former Heritage High School standout Savanah Whatley’s current collegiate team the Liberty Lady Flames lost 2-3 against the Oregon Ducks in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Jane Sanders Stadium at 7 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Oregon Ducks in the tournament.

The Liberty Lady Flames’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 4:05 p.m. at Jane Sanders Stadium.
