On Friday, Feb. 14, former Heritage High School standout Mikaela Mortimer’s current college team, the Central Arkansas Bears, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at Lamson Park. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 11:30 a.m. at Lamson Park against Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns.
