On Sunday, March 2, former Freedom High School standout Madison Evers-Lyles’ current college team, the Sacramento State Hornets, won 10-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UC Davis Aggies.

The game took place at La Rue Field. This was their second matchup against the Aggies this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 3 p.m. at Shea Stadium against California Golden Bears.
