The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2022 in Contra Costa County fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 32.8%.
From July through December of 2022, there were 4,277 homes sold, with a median sale price of $775,000 – a 0.6% decrease from the $780,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 6,361 homes sold in Contra Costa County in the second half of 2021.
