The VA Palo Alto Health Care System reported that 16 patients newly enrolled in its benefits program requested appointments but had not received one during the period ending September 1.
The VA Northern California Health Care System reported that 22 patients newly enrolled in its benefits program requested appointments but had not received one during the period ending September 1.
The VA Loma Linda Health Care System reported that 35 patients newly enrolled in its benefits program requested appointments but had not received one during the period ending September 1.
